Robert is the Convener of the Centre and member of the School of Law Faculty at Makerere University. Robert is a member of the National Taskforce on the 4th Industrial Revolution. He is secretary of the Blockchain Association of Uganda. Robert is passionate about blockchain, artificial intelligence and big data.

Hadijah is the Director Research at the Centre. She is a member of the School of Law Faculty at Makerere University

Grancia is the Director in charge of Programs at the Centre. She is a member of the School of Law Faculty at Makerere University and is passionate about the intersection between emerging technologies and health.
